Submitting a Semi-Custom for Approval
♦ Upload your Semi-Custom to your Sta.sh at the original resolution of 2000x1414px for Vayrons and 2500x1767px for Tyrians.
♦ Copy the Import Sheet onto the description of your Semi-Custom. This is VERY important. When filling in the Import Sheet, keep the following in mind:
♦ Make sure you mention in your comment anything that the approver cannot identify from your information, such as your glint colour if you left it blank, specific colour on a marking such as "Ruby on Cheeky" for example, or if you've hidden a marking from view entirely.
♦ Copy the Import Sheet onto the description of your Semi-Custom. This is VERY important. When filling in the Import Sheet, keep the following in mind:
- Everything must be PG-13 in rating. Cursing, gore, and other R rated language is prohibited.
- You can write the Pheno/Geno yourself using the Markings and Genotypes journal as a guide (markings will always be recessive) or leave this to a Design Approval admin. If the latter, make sure to mention it in a comment or in the sheet and include which markings/base coat/mods you used.
- Magic will always be Enchanted, as semi-custom vayrons cannot have Mutation traits.
- Your Reosean must have a name, even if it's Unnamed or Unknown. We can upload them under a different name if you'd like us to, but this has to be specified in a comment on your sta.sh.
- Make sure that all information is correct, such as the Gender, Body Type, Fur Type, etc.
- Height must be in CM. Wingspan will be in FT. The sheet will tell you the min-max for each type.
- Fill in the Design By, even if you created the design yourself!
- Leave the lineage blank. You may request that certain vayrons be left, out - we will oblige if possible. Lineages will always have one parent and one grandparent and will correspond to the markings you used in your design.
- Fill in the traits you used with correct capitalization and spelling, such as...
- Draco Ears
- Brush Tail
- Round Eyes
♦ Make sure you mention in your comment anything that the approver cannot identify from your information, such as your glint colour if you left it blank, specific colour on a marking such as "Ruby on Cheeky" for example, or if you've hidden a marking from view entirely.
